Creative and Social Progress

Business for Good
Our Partnership with B1G1
Lightmare’s purpose is simple: to transform lives through games. While our video games have been lifesaving for some players, our mission reaches further—into classrooms, communities, and homes across the globe.
That’s why Lightmare has proudly partnered with B1G1 – Business for Good, a global platform that allows businesses to embed impact into everyday actions.
Through B1G1:
- Every game played
- Every program run
- Every event attended
- Every email sent
Since October 2021, the Lightmare community has helped:
- Give children access to education
- Plant trees and restore ecosystems
- Provide clean drinking water to families across the globe
One Story Among Thousands
“B suffered childhood trauma of a serious kind, is now 35, and has not spoken much since—and had not connected with any other program like ours.
I spoke to B directly and we bonded over WWII—his favourite battle was the Battle of Britain, mine was Stalingrad. He didn’t say much, but agreed to give us a go.
After his first session, his mum called me saying he really enjoyed it. She called again three weeks later, deeply appreciative of 'whatever we are doing.'
She hadn’t seen him talk so much in years. He was completely immersed. He joined in December—and he’s still with us today.”
